I THINK what reccomendations project is the number of people working in teh so called new financial hub(directly in this business) this will not include mumbai general public. However its unwise to say 25-30 per cent of them will be of Indian origin and the other foreign!! it just depends on the suvvessof mumbai. this cant be predicted...
