Some communist in the article above asked, "What is the need...", the answer is, the OC's who are denied entry into the elite institutes of India, because of the stupid reservation policy, would like to utilise their talent by joining these universities. When the students with merit are not given an oppurtunity to do research and contribute to the country, they should atleast be allowed to join these institutes and do the research. I am sure when these institutes set up campuses in India, they will never allow the reservation idea to enter their gates. Dr Raja, are u listening??
