Yes you are right...here state means government.. its known fact our political leaders who can decide about this country to move forward or backward.
Fortunately in our country common people are taking the country 2 steps forward, and political leaders are taking 3 steps backward.
So how we can solve this problem in order to keep moving the country forward.
1. Start not respecting ploiticans if possible start hating them if possible spit on their face(As today we are giving much respect to them) 2. Start disturbing them in every moment of their life. 3. Start criticizing their children in colleges and universities. 4. If there is any opening, before they come cut the ribbon yourself (take one oldest man/woman from ur village or place) 5. Start insulting them in each and every action of them. 6. Stop being loyal to them. 7. Support the parties and leaders who stand for people and harass the parties and leaders who work for themself.
Show in actions, start doing it one day they will definetly change other wise they will change you & me and ultimatley they will loot baratmatha, which we should not allow.
