Sir, Please try to be practicle, nothing has changed from posst colonial and post colonial era. If any thing has changed it is only the corruption and high handedness of those in Power. Colonial rulers had a bit of shame while post colonials are shameless and are in fact in the race for being more corrupt and shameless.We owe this characterlessness to our bloved leaders who have been in office from independence.
