So what I infer from reading this article is, 1. The rules under "I Accept" pertains only to us and not to the Email Service provider! 2. The long list about Privacy rules and regulations is just for name sake and can be overthrown anytime if backed with top person. 3. This breaks the trust, that the person(who opens an account) has on the service provider.
