Nodoubt India is booming in VLSI ...but it is still lagging behind China. Till date, India doesn't have a single chip foundry. It will be able to attract more investors once few foundries are setup. In today's cut throat competition, India has to dump it's soft corner image, improve it's infrastructure and prepare herself to overtake China !
