your results about publication absolutely wrong.. rec cannot be compared with IIT and any other alma matter of IIT. REC has very poor standard interms of quality of publication.. but IITians have highly quality research papers.. check out roorkee and mumbai and other iit reserach papers..you may get an idea..
non-iitians shouldnot talk simply just like anything without any proof.
