It might not be possible for a training institute / management org to completely transform an individual to a leader, but such places help us discover our hidden traits and make us realise that we would ideally succeed in such n such environments.
For example, every one knows how to kick a football among all players... but people like zidanne or ronaldinho emerge because they know in a better way how to make use of the coaching in their own ways
So, according to me, without guidance of coaching in B-Schools you cannot be complete leader. Yes, you could be an average leader (or proclaim yourself as one)
