You are undermining the efforts of Mr. Murthy. I agree that its a team effort.
But the team will always look upto someone for guidance and directions when encountered with dilemma, this is where Leaders like Narayan Murthy come in with their morals, courage and conviction.
Remember, if Narayan Murthy would't have been there, Infosys would have been sold way back in late 1980's.
