I can straight away tell one thing is that INFOSYS development is purely based on TALENT, DEDICATION, CONCENTRATION TOWARDS ACHIEVEMENT, LOYAL AND MOREOVER WHOLEHEARTED EFFORT. Otherwise, where is $250 in 1981 and $2.50 billion at present.
Congratulations.....!!!!! Mr. Narayana Murthy for establishing such a big IT and Software EMPIRE spreading across the world.
Now every new engineering graduates who are coming of their institutes will try first in INFOSYS to become a part of the SUCCESS of this empire in the coming years also.
The tips explained by Mr. Murthy are really inspirational and everybody should follow very keenly, otherwise there will be no presence in this field as technologies are changing very fast just like that....
As your said, the talented (educated) people should not be neglected and they are the primary tool of investment in software industry.
