What ever happened happened.forget the past.Now the question is that where the fault lies to rectify and start with a fresh one. We have lost not only money but count the cost overall-must be addition to what we are presuming.who is responsible for this NATIONAL LOSS.Rectify the fault jointly where the fault lies,and prepare for the next .Failure is a failure in all aspected.Blaming each other is totally not advisable at this point of time.
