I agree with Mr. Premji, but is he really being so innovative at the organization level. Are they really building any innovative products. I dont think so, Indian IT industry, depends on projects from other countries. How many products did they deliver that are from innovative ideas of their own. they do deliver products, but the ideas behind them are not theirs!!!
These are just business people, nothing more, nothing less. when they talk of innovation, its just cause others have asked them to talk. Even i can give such big lectures, but that doesnt mean i am really being innovative.
