Sir, I want to draw your kind attention for the following postints 1- the work of Steno Grade C and D is same. 2- Now a days every one Either Officer ro employees all the familier to computer and they operate and type very well So My opinion is that the post of C and D is to be merge in Assistnat and UDC after taking examinations.
