Most rediculous arguement I ever read. If economy is doing good what is the problem in taking care of economy of the govt employees. Please compare the salaries in private sector. Down sizing and proper implementation of other recommendations are govt job. In todays situation no talent is attracted toward to govt sector just b'coz of such low unimaginable salaries.
