The The Member of Pay Commission Respected Sir, I have to mention that pay commission's benefit goes to that person who earn high salary and Low salaried person can not get benefit comparing to High Salaried Person. The pay commission would be launched after every five year with Five year plan as other Ministerial staff and Bank Employee get benefit within five years. Please consider my suggestion and make some ammendment in the pay commission so that after every five year we can get benefit of raising salary and kindly give more attention to low salaried person who do not survive better with their family due to low salary.
