If the government want to raise the salary structure of their employee like MNCs, then they should also implement hire and fire(whoever best comes in their organization), better service( corruption should be highly avoided, and if somebody found guilty of corruption should be penalize highly), transperency( Entire selection process to get government job comes under tranperency, how many marks got in written, how many you give in interview etc. whatever be the services comes under transperency), periodically review their skills, not on the basis of seniority for promotion, their present and past history of property, fund etc. to be transperent. At present MNCs recruiting young, smart, energetic persons fit for their organization that provide better services within limited resources. One employee work for twenty people and more better communication with their clients, Is government servant provide better service to their client that is to people of India. At the age of globalization and power of IT they have to think several times about their services, i.e how they provide better services within limited resources.
