Forget promise vs performance, what are the negative achievements of UPA?
Thanks to the belligerence of Left parties, three world class oil refining companies have gone deep into read. Persecution of co-operative sector by gross negligence, partiality and politically motivated policies. Browbeat the common man by unimaginary taxation policise - e.g. service tax on co-operative housing societies. Unhealthy and unethical rivalry among UPA partners, severely affecting national economy. There are several negatives which have minimal impact on the nation and I do not narrate them all here.
