True John, these are expensive hospitals. But the answer to that argument is going to be that there still are 50 million Indians who can afford these hositals so why should they be deprived of getting healthcare services in an environment where they are comfortable. They are as much Indian citizens as the other 950 million (per your classification). Certainly there is no denying that the other 950 million need to be attended to appropriately as well and am sure efforts are on in that regard
