I think one of the first private hospitals that started providing high quality care to people is KMC Manipal. They have been doing this since 60's. Though there are no five star facilities and mainly built for students, the quality of care has been great especially affordable to all people. It is unfortunate that five star culture is growing and widening the gap between have's and havenots. In fact I would say even the upper middle class who could afford most of the facilities may now be categorized as they cannot afford five-star care nor can they ask for financial assistance. It is high time these hospitals start affordable choices for others. Otherwise simmering social discontent may grow in to class strugle and devour the progress
