this made wonderful reading. one rarely gets to read such stories nowadays. but the only way to create something more viable and widely used is to forget the bureaucracy, in fact not to let the bureaucracy anywhere near this whole thing is a better idea. may be the co-operatives (e.g. in maharashtra) can be used to give greater publicity to these endeavours. pl give us more such articles. sangeeta
