As a RI, I agree with Mr. Sanjay. These types of companies not only pickup top minds from CSE and IT branch and also from other engineering branch from reputed colleges. They are utilized for doing service to their foreign clients not for doing product or creating IP. I fear that because of under utilization of top minds in other engineering filed, technology development in India may not happen. Many of us buy and use cell phones; many people may not know that many thousands of rupees are charged for technology per handset and goes out of India. The major reason for outsourcing of developed nation is to concentrate on their core business. They can do innovation and technology development rather than doing routine work like data entry, software coding and debugging. They can do lot with system analysis, design and integration. Increasing the intellectual pool in their countries they can concentrate on science and technology development. They can dominate the world by technology. Whereas in india top minds are utilised for service rather than technology development. Today World roles on technology but in future real business will be on technology not on service.
