Look who is talking. The guys who go abroad to make money, rather than contribute something to the Indian economy directly (sending money home is not an example of this), whose only IP is the stamped passport and visa to the US, giving lectures on what a company should do in order to qualify being great in their eyes.

Why must a company only develop products and have an IP to be a great company? Who gave you the right to decide what a great company is?
