The ban on Pepsi & Coke smells of arrogance and stupidity. If Kerala Govt.or any other state govt( who decides to ban ) controlled company can produce a product matching atleast 80% of the Quality Standards maintained by Pepsi or Coke, then they can talk with such arrogance. But we are sure that they can't. Its totally political like everything else in our country and such acts will irrepairably harm our economy and our hope of attracting FDI in future.Why can't the concerned ministries in the central Govt intervene issue necessary report on the whole issue, rather than looking at the next election and vote bank. While some of the NGOs are really doing good work but many in the field are just for cheap publicity and raising fund.
