Plz tell me why the people can not be on pay roll in your organization who is working as out source employee since last 3 to 4 yrs. Especially in Home Finance Company the people who are graduate and they are working since last 3 yrs, I think they can be fixed on pay roll of ICICI. Well I am talking about the Back offices. Neither they are on payroll. Can i assume the people who is working in our oarganisation as out source they had no future. Plz try to slove. I know you only can do this. Thanks a lot
