sir why your telecallers are more towards "gainning the buissness" instead puting forward all facts about your products. say for example while offering loan they will always hide some levies,ultimately emi will be more than what actually tald.it becomes a matter of dispute this unnecessarily increasing grivences and probably harming your esteem organisation. I humbaly request to make your marketing people more transparent.
