recently when i had applied for a loan through ICICI bank,it got declined as it stated in cibil as writeoff and overdue with AMEX and HSBC, but i did not have any card with AMEX ever,i do have a card with HSBC but it is in good standing with no late payments or overdues ever.infact hsbc has enhanced the credit limit due to good payment history.please can u tell me who i do in write to regarding this .
