I was using citibank cc long back in 2003 and cancelled the same. They were showing the due amount on my card and kept sending bills every month upto 2008 and now they have put my name in CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau India Ltd) as a willfully defaulting account. what to do and to whome send the complaint
