all said and done their growth is commendable. but one has heard stories abt them (lots of work/ or NO work/ less money etc. ) had put it down to a certain amount of envy from non employess , but of late even employess are cribbing abt the work....those (if i am not mistaken) joined post 2002 and did not get any ESOPS or not in the same mould as earlier lot) ...of course these can happen across cos and nothing unique to infy as such . but it might be a good idea to speak to juniors and see how great its being an infoscician.
