Why u say that one can't be happy in big companies, i've worked in TCS, IBm and Mastek. Mastek is the smallest of the three, but it's not the best among them. I agree that it depends on project-to-project, but it also depends on the individual how he/she takes up the challenge, and steers the things his/her way. TCS, Infy, Wipro all r good cos, and we should be proud that because of these cos, we got worldwide recognition. I would say you open up your own company and then I will comment on what's wrong in it. Man!! commenting is easy, doing is difficult... No hard feelings meant, still if u feel hurt, I m sorry!!
