it is very interesting to study the highlights of the grooming future leadership in infy. In this connection i would like share my idea about simultaniuosily tapping the most talented man power available in our villages and towns in india where the opurtunity of learning lacking. I therefore suggest that infocis should develop trainng institutes with collabaration or on franchase basis depends of its requirements for 10th or 12th standard boys or girls. By developing these skilled man power may help to do many such jobs which does not required a very high qualified hands and can be done by these trained people.
