1. He was so determined that he did not stop studies 2. He took several small jobs, got frustrated but never gave up 3. He tried many alternate ideas to come out of the woods 4. Initial failure of event management business did not stop him from trying another one 5. His wife stood by him as a support 6. He was able to compartamentalize personal problems and professional growth
I am sure each of the above is worth becoming a topic in advanced management studies !!!!!
