Commendable vision and effort, except for one small fly in the ointment - swadeshi Indians don't like videshi Indians 'telling them' what to do(it's OK for White folks though) - it's like a real put-down to them. Call men sceptical, but even with all their knowledge, the local netas and powers-tha-be will not allow these outsiders to meddle in their 'affairs' and especailly in their areas of influence, which incidentally, is the places most in need of their expertise.
