Quota is tantamount to Jizyah Tax
by Rajesh. R on Apr 27, 2006 02:21 AM

In a democracy - it is common practice that the majority rule, and minority have rights. That is acceptable. In India - we are yet to find a system that represents the majority, while protecting the minority. We have a system that enables the minority community to punish the majority in the form of quotas. If the minority votes were fractured like that of the pluralistic majority in India, would the politicians consider them as their special interest? Probably not! It is been 400 years since the moghuls excercised authority over bulk of India - yet we are still in system that follows the moghul rule of law. Yes folks - we still have to pay Jizyah (A Tax imposed on non-muslims for letting them live under a moghul rule). Now the Brits have come and gone, and then we had 60 years of mis-rule by the congress and other leftist regimes who are bent on discriminating the majority in the form of Quota system! Are we awake yet? Or,are we just roll over and play dead? We have paid enough-to the moghuls, to the Brits, and now to the not so hidden agenda of mullahs and the congress. At least - you educated masses-go out and vote these pinkos and mullahs out of power next time.Jizyah indeed
