First of all system of concession is should be abolished. Once certain concession has given for a certain thing, the beneficiar does not want to change from the certain thing. He wants to remain as he is so that he can enjoy. Also we indian forgot the sharing wealth with the needy. We have become more westernised. Our old values have been thrown out. I personally feel that present condition can not be changed for which taking message or opinion from individual is simply a waste.
