QUOTA AGAINST CONSTITUTION
by akhilesh srivastava on Apr 26, 2006 10:48 PM

In my view the prescribed quota in educational institutional/govt. sector/private is totaly unconstitutional & is violative to the basic feature of the constitution as enshrined in PREAMBLE. The preamble state justice, liberty & equality to all its citizens. The state has no power even exercising the power under article 368 of the constitution.

It is further my view that quota was a political move of the governemt/parties to capute votes to remain in power or gather power.

I am hearing news that the Union Govt. is fully prepare to apply quota in private sector. Are you know that government sectors are fully failure in their achievement & objects because quota system lowering the profiency & effeciency of the government sector.

Are we going forward or backward ?
