I fully agree with the author.

It is a divided India. We are divided into states based on linguistic differences rather than administrative convenience. We are divided by religion, caste, etc.

Now we are reservation-eligible (RE) and reservation-non-eligible (RNE).

Divide and rule, was and is, the policy!
