As an Indian student who spent most of his childhood in the US, I would say that this is a very promising trend and I personally know a couple of Caucasian friends who inspite of having state grants are coming to IISC Bangalore this fall.. I came back to India after getting my bachelors in Michigan State and though it took me a while to settle down, as many of you would testify, there is nothing like India..The diversity has to be experienced to be believed.
