Not good for SC/ST, OBC

The 49.5% reservation for SC/ST & OBC will do no good for them. Infact its giving them message as not to work hard bcoz anyway they'll get a seat thus taking them far away from hard work & good knowledge.
So please Mr. Minister save INDIA.
