Congress, the so called SECULAR party,is very gud at learning, particularly things which r benificial for them. They learned DIVIDE & RULE from Britishers, implemented it & enjoying the benefits. They call thmeselvs SECULAR & this is how they r showing their secularism by dividing common man on the caste basis. Well done Arjun Singh, well done Congerss.
