reservations not justified. free primary and secondary education should be provided, seperate schools be developed, and purely on merit the admission should be given after hsc otherwise HSC is enough for him to survive and take his own decisions.
check out how many given free previliges have developed. truth is, admission given to these people have wasted the seats as most of them haven't been able to clear but only waste a seat which otherwise would have given one more engineer or doctor or scientist.
