Dear sir, Looking at your letter it seems to be written with keeping some grouse in mind.Do you know the implementers of the reservation policy is the so called forward castes.Its a joke to believe that the TIGER will be the protector of GOAT.No of years cannot be counted,but what benifit gained by the deservers by the reservations for the last 71 years.
