We would like all the IIMs to make publis detailed Balance sheets and P&L accounts for last 3 years and improtant performnace criteria like no of students admitted each year ,incomes under various head, average salary per teaching staff,salary average per non teachuing staff and government grant and donations received received. We dont consider placements and salaries as performnace paramneter for any edicational institute.It is by product of quality process.
