A very good article indeed. An article which concentrates on fundamental aspects of relationships.I agree to what Jawahar has to say. Compassion , mutual respect , proactive nature , healthy competition not to forget ethics and morals are fundamental things and they should be dealt at primary stage , but not only that periodically people should be reminded of those virtues. The thing is in todays corporate world (the dog eat dog world)there is dearth of people who really value each others emotions. We just need to remind people that bullshit might take them to top but will not help them stay there.
