Dear Mr. Sairam, By the logic you have outlined in your post, there is no point teaching ethics in business schools. If these concepts were so deeply ingrained in individuals, then even other other concepts like corporate culture and values have no place in the functioning of the modern business. Corporations and institutions still go ahead and outline their values and code of conduct. I leave you to form your own conclusions. Value based education exists for people on their way to corporate boardrooms in some form. But the article points out the shortfalls which is laudable and worth a thought instead of an impatient dismissal as a comment against the curricula of business schools.
