Everything should not be spoonfed. If everything is taught as at B-School, what the candidate/student will do. Some of the attributes like - Compassion, character, attitude, personality are personal attributes thats depends on the personal experiences, psychological effects & nature of a person. B-Schools does fine tune the attributes and inculcate values but not to teach them. You cant teach compassion, it has to come from inner most feelings of a person.
Please dont every blame that B-Schools dont teach this, dont teach that blah blah. Think and write and dont wirte or make a statement for the heck of writing.
