I firmly believe in unionizing the BPO sector - especially when you consider the attrocities management gets away with. If the management is so clear in the way they deal with labour then why oppose unionization? Managements fear the entry of unions because they can no longer be arbitrary or manipulative in their ways. For once the workers will have a voice.
