BPO firms wake to red dawn
by raj on Nov 04, 2005 11:43 PM

Lets see examples of how Unions "protected" workers interest and of what will happen to IT/BPO the last sector with decent jobs for today's youth:-

- Yesterday 2 units of Hero cycles closed throwing out 2000 workers of their jobs due to union trouble
- Ajanta clocks closed all its factories and moved to China, thanks to unions.
- In 1980's lakhs of Textile workers in Bombay lost jobs and livelihood thanks to their Unions.
- Millions of Keralites work anywhere else in the world except God-own country, thanks to Unions and their political bosses
- Ditto with Bengalis looking for jobs outside WB
- 80 lakh Indian youth who enter job market every year get no decent jobs thanks to unions imposed stifling labour laws
