I agree with what CITU president, Mr Pandhe says, here in India we are not following the labour rules,employees are exploited. People work for more than 8 hours, I agree once in a while it is necessary to work but not always.
Please go visit abroad and come no one works like us. They come at sharp 8 am and they leave at Sharp 5pm. Why is that we should work like dogs and are not paid as them? I hope this point should be valid. We dont have job securities like before, everything is short, in case of life and also in case of work. Not only this, we cant even enjoy our indian Festivals. Only when they have there offs we should have otherwise no off for us. This is rediculous, yesterday was Diwali, all the Bpo's and Call center were working. Do you think this is the right, Diwali comes once in a year it doesn't come every month. Even if you work on that day no extra pay. I think our Government is seriously closing there eyes and are lease bothered about all this, all they want is just the income from the sources.
We should definately support Mr. Pandhe with this regard.
