The point you made about the inter-terminal shuttle is very correct. I had the misfortune of landing up in that place last weekend. Had to wait for about an hour in the queue (or what can be called a queue) to board a shuttle bus. The loaders all have uniforms with the words "Thanks.. No Tips" but they do have the audacity to openly ask for "baksheesh" upon unloading the baggage. When will this change?
