Absolutely agree with the author. When I went to leave relatives, a seller of cold drinks, charged me 10 bucks more than the correct rate. He was handicapped, and probably assumed that taking someone for a ride, could be easier! After we confronted him and threatened him with punitive action, he returned the money. This is a regular feature in the airport, passengers are over-charged and don't even realize it! We need to ask for the rate card, when we travel...
